Lost over 70 pounds a year and a half ago and gained 50 back, this is me getting serious about losing it again.

Hey. It doesn’t matter if you’re curling a 40lb dumbbell or a 5lb dumbbell. It doesn’t matter if you’re squatting 150lbs or 30lbs. Or even no weight at all. It doesn’t matter if you’re jogging a 17 minute mile or running a 7 minute mile. You’re working hard and you’re improving and I am so proud of you.
